We are mindful to provide you with the accurate variety; however the plant size may vary according to the seeds variety and the season. All seeds offered for sale at Highsun Express are of the highest industry quality, premium selection. Once in your care the plant is your responsibility for providing the correct environment and nurture.
If an incorrect seed variety has been dispatched, please make immediate contact with our customer service within 24 hours of delivery.
If your seeds have been damaged in transit, please photograph the seeds and packaging and forward to us with proof of purchase and we dispatch a replacement.
We will not accept the return of any seeds without authorization. Authorization can be obtained by contacting our customer service office. Unauthorized returns will be refused and sent back at the customer’s expense. Seed must be returned in original packaging. No seed return will be accepted after 24 hours of delivery. All special orders are non-refundable. Authorized returns are subject to AU &30.00 administration fee.
Once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
Substitution could occur in the event of seed supply problems, unless we are advised otherwise.
